## About the Role

* Experience reviewing, identifying, and redacting confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information in corporate, legal, compliance, risk, or regulatory environments.
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data matching, reconciliation, inventory tracking, reporting, and large dataset analysis.
 * Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
 * Hands-on experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and PDF redaction tools.
 * Experience maintaining audit trails, documentation, evidence logs, and remediation records.
 * Knowledge of data governance, information security, risk management, and compliance standards.
 * Strong Data analytical skills
 * File Management

## Description

* Review and redact large volumes of documents, PDFs, and Microsoft 365 files containing sensitive or proprietary information.
 * Verify redactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established acceptance criteria.
 * Perform quality control reviews to ensure remediation work meets project standards.
 * Identify, track, and resolve sensitive data exceptions and remediation issues.
 * Maintain detailed documentation, audit logs, evidence records, and remediation trackers.
 * Use advanced Excel functions and approved tools to perform data matching, reconciliation, inventory management, and metrics reporting.
 * Analyze large datasets and document inventories to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and processing issues.
 * Ensure all work aligns with data governance, risk, compliance, and information-handling requirements.
 * Escalate complex issues, anomalies, and control concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
 * Collaborate with business, technology, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and risk teams to clarify redaction requirements and acceptance standards.
 * Support continuous process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
