## Description

Our client seeks a Content & Website Coordinator to lead launches of eight Region Board websites and support eight Regional Meeting informational sites. The coordinator will execute content audits, migration planning, content preparation, publishing in AEM, accessibility reviews, stakeholder coordination, launch support, and migration tracking. The role will contribute to a repeatable governance model, reduce implementation burden on staff, and define ownership, publishing, and maintenance processes for future sites. The work will leverage SharePoint, Slack, Word, Style Guide resources, Asana, and AEM while advancing 2026 objectives for operational efficiency and market support., * Launch eight Region Board websites in 2026, including content audits, preparation, publishing, accessibility reviews, and QA.

 * Support eight Regional Meeting informational websites for upcoming conferences.
 * Plan and execute content migrations, including inventories and tracking documentation.
 * Coordinate stakeholders and manage tasks in Asana to maintain timelines.
 * Conduct WCAG accessibility and QA reviews with documented outcomes.
 * Prepare launch readiness checklists and provide launch support.
 * Establish governance, workflows, and SOPs for long-term site operations and maintenance.
 * Configure pages and publish content in the CMS within established templates.
 * Organize information architecture and improve processes for content operations., * Website content migration and content operations experience.
 * Content inventory and audit execution.
 * CMS publishing and page configuration proficiency.
 * Content governance and process documentation.
 * Accessibility and QA reviews aligned to WCAG.
 * Stakeholder coordination and project tracking.
 * Information architecture and content organization.
 * Process improvement and SOP creation.
 * Strong written communication and documentation skills.
