Griffiths, PC is seeking a motivated and adaptive Full-Time Associate to join their growing team in San Francisco, CA, focusing on the dynamic and fast-evolving fields of Renewable Energy and Data Center Infrastructure. Responsibilities:

 * Advise clients on transactional and regulatory matters related to renewable energy projects and data infrastructure development
 * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including power purchase agreements, development agreements, and infrastructure contracts
 * Conduct legal research on energy regulation, land use, permitting, and emerging generation and data center compliance issues
 * Support due diligence processes for energy and infrastructure transactions and project financing
 * Monitor regulatory developments at the federal, state, and local levels affecting the renewable energy and tech infrastructure sectors
 * Communicate directly with clients to provide legal guidance and project updates
