Education (Required) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience (Required) * Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, architecture, or engineering leadership. * Experience serving as a technical lead or Scrum Master within Agile software development teams. * Experience architecting secure, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. * Experience supporting cloud-hosted systems, preferably AWS GovCloud. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering, UX, and cybersecurity teams. Technical Knowledge (Required) * Strong understanding of Agile development, secure coding, and DevSecOps practices. * Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, API design, and integration patterns. * Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements, coding standards, and configuration guidelines. * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and environment readiness. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) * Experience with container-based architectures or microservices. * Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, backend languages, or full-stack development. * Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.
