Work Environment: This role includes long periods of sitting at a workstation, frequent standing and/or walking, frequent repetitive motions, and the occasional ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. The noise level is usually moderate. The position works from home with occasional travel to DBM office, laboratory, and hospital locations in North Carolina and South Carolina. Physical Demands: * Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling of varying weights. * Ability to stand, sit, walk, and engage in physical activities related to the job ## Description The Systems Administrator at DBM is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and managing computer systems across the organization. This includes installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to users. Essential Functions: * Provide initial point of contact for users requiring technical assistance via phone, email, or our helpdesk system. * Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, Linux) on servers and workstations.
