The Business Intelligence team owns and manages operational metrics and develops robust reporting systems and analytical insights to ensure accuracy, actionability, and timeliness of information. Our focus is on fostering collaboration, innovation, and efficiency for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning., Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into scalable analytics and automation solutions. - Develop and maintain scalable data workflows (e.g. Scheduled SQL queries, Python scripts or RPA bots). - Collaborate with operations, engineering, and platform teams to improve systems integration and data flow between platforms (e.g. workflow tools and databases). - Build, design, and monitor reporting tools that surface key metrics and operational insights.
