## Description

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks an SAP Sales and Distribution Team Lead to own and enhance SAP SD capabilities supporting manufacturing-based sales and distribution. You will lead solution design for order-to-cash, pricing, delivery, and billing, partnering with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable SAP configurations. This role oversees integration with MM, FI/CO, and logistics, manages a small team or vendors, and drives testing, documentation, and user training. You will champion continuous improvement, data quality, and system reliability in a culture focused on innovation, safety, and collaboration., * Lead SAP SD configuration, enhancements, and support for manufacturing sales and distribution processes

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions
 * Design and optimize order-to-cash, pricing, delivery, and billing workflows in SAPOversee integration of SAP SD with MM, FI/CO, and logistics systems
 * Manage and mentor SAP SD analysts and coordinate with global IT and business teams
 * Drive testing, validation, and documentation for new SAP SD functionalities and releases
 * Ensure data quality, system reliability, and compliance with corporate and industry standards
 * Support continuous improvement, issue resolution, and user training across sales and distribution
