early and most strategic phases of the BMP rollout.Acting as a transformation catalyst, the Expert BA ensures clarity, alignment, and readiness across business and IT streams.This role provides expert bundlesLead end-to-end process mapping and impact assessmentsFacilitate workshops with global and local stakeholders to gather insights and validate requirementsTranslate business needs into structured, clear, and validated requirementsSupport Product Owners in shaping and prioritizing the product backlogDrive early testing readiness, including functional testing scenarios and data definitionsProduce high?quality documentation (business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)Use Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure milestone deliveryCoordinate
