We are seeking an experienced Computer Programmer IV to design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software applications and systems supporting mission-critical operations. This role requires advanced programming expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to implement effective software solutions., * Design, develop, test, maintain, and document complex software applications and systems.

 * Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend efficient programming solutions.
 * Investigate system enhancements, application redesigns, and modernization opportunities.
 * Create and maintain program specifications, workflows, and technical documentation.
 * Develop and manage complex data structures, file relationships, and system integrations.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve advanced software and system issues.
