## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience developing and supporting Ivanti Neurons for ITSM (additional experience preferred)
 * Must have hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM within the last 2 years
 * Experience configuring workflows, business objects, forms, dashboards, and automation processes
 * Experience with ITSM implementations, migrations, or platform upgrades
 * Experience supporting enterprise service management environments
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
 * Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

This role requires hands-on experience developing and administering Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and the ability to contribute immediately to a fast-paced implementation project., * Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
 * Collaborate with business users, architects, and project teams to define requirements and implement solutions
 * Customize workflows, forms, business objects, automations, and integrations
 * Participate in the migration of processes and data from Cherwell to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM
 * Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
 * Develop and execute testing plans to ensure application quality and performance
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
 * Support deployment activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts
 * Follow ITSM best practices and organizational development standards
