 * Deep knowledge of at least one major programming language/platform stack, plus application and database layers.

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
 * Assess current and target state business processes, partner with stakeholders and enterprise developers to shape technical solutions.
 * Translate business needs into efficient, scalable technical solutions across cloud-based platforms.
 * Manage and guide development teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects.
 * Work across languages and frameworks such as Java, J2EE, EJB, C/C++, SQL, Visual Basic, and similar technologies.
 * Develop and support relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, or similar, and messaging platforms such as MQ Series.
 * Integrate cloud services into enterprise solutions, particularly within AWS environments.
 * Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical plans.
