Education / Certifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field required * HRIS or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred Experience * 4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or related field * Hands-on experience with multiple UKG Modules is required (UKG Pro, UKG WFM, UKG HRSD, etc). * Experience with reporting tools (e.g., UKG BI, WFM Reporting, Power BI, etc.) * Experience with system configuration, workflows, and integrations * Experience with workflow automation and process improvement ## Description The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems, primarily UKG and related platforms. This role serves as the subject matter expert for HR technology, driving data integrity, system efficiency, reporting capabilities, and workflow automation.
