## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
 * Experience supporting ERP or MES systems in a manufacturing environment.
 * Experience troubleshooting manufacturing systems and system interfaces.
 * Basic knowledge of SQL and database queries.
 * Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network switches.
 * Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in English.
 * Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, MES, or QMS preferred.
 * Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

## Description

* Monitor and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP, MES, and QMS systems.
 * Support integration between manufacturing equipment and IT systems, including PLCs, barcode scanners, and label printers.
 * Analyze and resolve production-related IT issues to minimize manufacturing downtime.
 * Monitor manufacturing systems and production data to ensure stable operations.
 * Support manufacturing system implementation and process improvement projects.
 * Perform basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network switches.
 * Coordinate with HQ IT teams, system vendors, and equipment suppliers for technical support.
