proactively flag key events. * Generate standard lease administration reports (e.g., rent rolls, critical date tracking, occupancy reporting). * Perform quality control reviews to ensure lease data accuracy and compliance with established standards. * Support onboarding and transition of accounts, including data validation and issue resolution. * Analyze lease data and documentation to identify discrepancies and resolve routine and moderately complex issues. * Respond to lease-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and tenants in a timely and professional manner. * Contribute to team performance through accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established processes. * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned., Avison Young practices as an equal opportunity employer in all services locations around the world.
