## About the Role

* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
 * Ten or more years of experience leading the delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions.
 * Five or more years of people leadership experience managing technical, engineering, or product teams.
 * Experience leading Agile product delivery organizations and cross-functional teams.
 * Experience delivering customer engagement, digital platform, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions.
 * Knowledge of cloud technologies, modern software delivery practices, and AI-enabled platforms.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution and delivery excellence., * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer engagement platforms, personalization technologies, or marketing technology ecosystems.
 * Experience leading cloud-based solutions and platforms leveraging AWS.
 * Experience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI platforms.
 * Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, large language model (LLM) technologies, and AI orchestration frameworks.
 * AWS, Salesforce, AI, or related industry certifications.
 * Experience driving large-scale platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

## Description

The Senior Manager, IT Delivery - Enterprise Communications & Agentic AI Platforms is a strategic technology leader responsible for driving the vision, delivery, and business outcomes of two high-impact enterprise capabilities: Enterprise Transactional Communications and the Agentic AI Marketplace. This role leads product and engineering teams delivering personalized client engagement solutions through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AWS, while accelerating enterprise AI adoption through agentic platforms built on AWS Bedrock and LangGraph. The successful candidate will combine strong business and customer focus with technical leadership to define strategy, build scalable platforms, and deliver measurable value through personalization, automation, and AI-enabled innovation. This leader will partner across business and technology organizations to translate enterprise priorities into differentiated capabilities that enhance client experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive
business growth.

Leads the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of enterprise technology platforms that drive client engagement, operational excellence, and AI-powered innovation. Responsible for defining vision, roadmap, and execution across transactional communications and Agentic AI capabilities while leading high-performing product and engineering teams. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-focused solutions that generate measurable business value., * Defines and executes technology strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities aligned to enterprise and business objectives.

 * Partners with business, digital, marketing, operations, and technology leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation.
 * Serves as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on customer engagement technologies, platform strategy, and AI-enabled solutions.
 * Promotes a product-centric culture focused on business outcomes, customer value, and continuous improvement.
 * Leads multiple product and engineering teams responsible for enterprise communication and AI platform capabilities.
 * Drives delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AWS, enterprise data platforms, and modern AI technologies.
 * Oversees platform modernization initiatives that improve customer engagement, personalization, automation, and operational efficiency.
 * Establishes priorities, manages funding and resources, and ensures successful execution of strategic initiatives.
 * Monitors business outcomes, delivery metrics, and platform performance to inform investment and roadmap decisions.
 * Leads the development and adoption of enterprise AI capabilities, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
 * Partners with product and business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases that improve productivity and business outcomes.
 * Drives responsible AI practices, governance standards, and scalable platform adoption across the organization.
 * Builds, leads, and develops high-performing teams of product managers, engineers, architects, and technical leaders.
 * Fosters an environment of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
 * Develops organizational capabilities across cloud engineering, digital platforms, marketing technology, and AI solutions.
 * Coaches leaders and team members while promoting engineering excellence and operational discipline.
