You'll work alongside experienced technical professionals to troubleshoot customer issues, collaborate with Engineering and Professional Services, and continually expand your technical expertise in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Experlogix is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong technical aptitude and a passion for solving software problems. The ideal candidate enjoys understanding how software works, is comfortable troubleshooting databases, web applications, and integrations, and has experience with .NET technologies-or a strong desire to learn them., * 1+ year of experience in technical support, application support, software development, IT support, or a similar technical role. * Experience supporting enterprise software solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, or other ERP and CRM platforms is preferred but not required. * Basic to intermediate understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to write SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis. * Working knowledge of web server technologies such as Internet Information Services (IIS), Windows Server, Apache, or similar platforms. * Familiarity with web technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST-based APIs. * Exposure to object-oriented programming concepts or scripting languages is helpful.
