You should be comfortable working close to users and business teams, making technical decisions independently, and using AI as a real engineering tool rather than an occasional experiment. ## Description This is a senior, hands-on engineering position for someone who wants to own outcomes across the full product stack rather than work on isolated tickets or a single technical layer. AI-assisted development is part of the standard engineering workflow. The ideal candidate already uses AI coding tools every day, understands where they accelerate development, knows where they fail, and rigorously verifies the output they produce.
