## About the Role

+ Ownership mindset - comfortable operating as the "General Manager" of your own client accounts, accountable end to end from design to live performance
 + Strong systems / first-principles thinker, able to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving problems
 + Confident coordinating cross-functionally across sales, engineering, and operations - aligning priorities, removing blockers, and driving execution
 + Comfortable working directly with clients pre- and post-sale, translating business problems into working solutions
 + Background in one of: management consulting / strategy (MBB, Big 4), forward-deployed or technical implementation, or startup operations / GTM in a fast-scaling environment
 + Genuine curiosity about AI and how it performs in real-world, production settings
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

 + Not a highly technical role - no specific tech stack or coding background required
 + Should be comfortable enough with technical concepts to work closely with engineering and speak credibly about how the product is built and integrated
 + AI Prototyping experience
NICE TO HAVE

 + Prior experience in consulting, strategy, operations, customer success, or a fast-paced startup environment
 + Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and executives
