The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences for mission applications and business solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, business analysts, solutions architects, Power Platform developers, and end users to understand user needs and translate those needs into effective user interfaces, workflows, prototypes, and design specifications. The position will support the design of applications and digital experiences leveraging Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise technologies. The ideal candidate will understand both user experience principles and the practical considerations of implementing designs within low-code and enterprise application platforms.
