**Apply:** https://www.careerjet.com/jobad/us928e38511cae1aa2506d65785fd652cd ## About the Role * 5 10+ years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, Program/Project Management, or DevOps. * Experience managing enterprise-scale releases involving multiple applications and teams. * Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and ITIL practices. * Experience working in complex cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. ## Description * We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end software releases across multiple applications, teams, and environments. * The Release Manager will oversee release schedules, deployment activities, dependencies, risks, change management, release readiness, and production implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards. * The role requires strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver predictable and high-quality releases., * Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio. * Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality. * Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations. * Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates. * Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes. * Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations. * Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews. * Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans. * Weekly Release Reporting. * Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required. * Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities. * Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code mergers. * Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors. * Continually work towards making improvements in the release process. * Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists. * Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks, Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Primary Skill: Release Manager Secondary: Agile Experience: Minimum 10 years Roles & Responsibilities Forward Plan the release windo… + 18 hours ago + Apply easily ## Related Videos -
