The ideal candidate will have a solid background in test planning, execution, and documentation across programs of similar size and scope. This position requires hands-on testing expertise, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work in secure environments. **Active TS/SCI Clearance + Polygraph required**, + Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Test Engineer supporting programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. * Education: + Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university. + Four (4) additional years of test engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. * Clearance: + Active TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph. Desired Qualifications: * Experience testing or integrating complex hardware/software systems. * Experience developing structured test documentation and ensuring traceability to requirements. * Ability to identify and document defects using standard reporting tools and formats. * Proficiency with basic UNIX or Windows commands and familiarity with test scripting. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to touch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
