Education (Required) Bachelor's degree in Communications, Data Visualization, Analytics, or a related discipline. Experience (Required) * Minimum 10 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, data science, or performance reporting. * Experience producing executive-ready dashboards, heatmaps, trend reports, and analytical narratives. * Experience translating complex datasets into interpretable visual and written insights. * Experience integrating data from monitoring platforms, incident/ticketing tools, or IT operational systems. Technical Knowledge (Required) * Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or equivalents). * Strong understanding of KPI modeling, trend analysis, and data transformation. * Ability to structure analytical findings into clear written narratives and presentations. * Experience working with SQL, data modeling, or ETL workflows. Technical Knowledge (Preferred) * Familiarity with scripting languages for data processing (Python, R, etc.). * Knowledge of IT operational metrics, service desk KPIs, or monitoring system data. * Experience within federal, DoD, or enterprise-level reporting environments.
