## About the Role

* 1-3 years of HRIS, ATS, systems support, help desk, or HR operations experience.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills.
 * Ability to learn new technology quickly.
 * Avature experience is a plus; Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/ATS experience is also valuable.

## Description

* Troubleshoot ATS issues involving requisitions, candidate records, workflows, and user questions.
 * Triage support tickets and escalate more complex configuration issues.
 * Create SOPs, FAQs, knowledge-base articles, and change-management materials.
 * Assist with data cleanup, audits, and system quality checks.
 * Partner with HRIS and Talent Acquisition teams during an active recruiting-technology transformation.
