## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) in engineering or systems engineering with a minimum work experience of 8 years with BS \n
 * Familiarity with requirements management software (e.g. JAMA, DOORS, etc.) \n
 * Leadership experience with a proven ability to drive projects and teams to successful completion \n
 * Experience leading deeply technical product development \n
 * Experience with flight-software systems \n
 * Experience with ground-system software and mission operations \n
 * Experience in software development with emphasis on embedded systems \n
 * Experience with embedded processors/microcontrollers such as ARM, PowerPC, x86, TI-DSP, 8051, etc, using RTOSes or bare metal. \n
 * Experience with software configuration management and issue tracking tools \n
 * Experience with agile development \n
 * Experience with interface buses/protocols used in embedded systems such as PCI, RS-422/232, SPI, CameraLink, SpaceWire, Ethernet, CAN, etc \n
 * Experience with programming, particularly in C, C++, Python or other scripting and test languages \n
