* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * 7 plus years of experience in project management, with a focus on data management, reporting, and program management. With at least 3 years in data integrity or governance role
 * Experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft, including the ability to build and run queries. Data visualization skills including familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
 * Deep understanding of data lifecycle, data architecture, and metadata management.
 * Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 * Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

## Description

* Develop and implement data-driven strategies, plans, and processes to optimize system performance and efficiency and ensure high-quality service and product delivery
 * Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, identify vendor needs and requirements, and establish project timelines.
 * Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
 * Use statistical methods to collect and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
 * Present findings to stakeholders and senior leaders in a clear and concise manner.
 * Monitor and audit data across internal/external systems to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
 * Drive root cause analysis and remediation plans for data anomalies and inconsistencies.
