* Fluent in English and Spanish
 * At least 5 years of experience of project management in an environment with strong operational metrics
 * At least 3 years of experience of Procurement processes
 * Academic Background: Graduated degree in Engineering, Finance, Civil Engineering, Systems or Administration.
 * Master's degree is desirable.
 * PC Programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel and ERP SAP.

 * Reporting skills
 * Masters' processes, support systems, administrative tools, and ERP platforms
 * Knowledge in procurement processes
 * Customer service oriented

 * Self-motivated and proactive problem solver orientation
 * Works effectively under pressure
 * Leadership and persuasive speaker with clear and effective writing and verbal skills
 * Adheres to a core set of values and beliefs as demonstrating high integrity and ethics; builds trust.

Working Conditions

 * Ability to work with standard office/computer equipment
 * Capable of working in an open office environment

Physical Requirements

 * Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force occasionally

## Description

* Strategically enhance procurement processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier relationships.
 * Lead the implementation of a cutting-edge e-sourcing tool across all organizational levels within the country, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to enhance procurement operations.
 * Conduct training sessions for procurement staff on the utilization of the e-sourcing tool to maximize its benefits.
 * Monitor and report on the e-sourcing tool's performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
 * Develop and maintain documentation related to procurement processes and the e-sourcing tool to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
 * Champion change management initiatives related to the adoption of the e-sourcing tool, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the procurement function.
