Preferred Qualifications
An understanding of computer functions such as hardware dependencies and components.
Operating system fluency, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
Basic understanding of how the internet and building networks function.
Experience with troubleshooting issues such as virus and malware removal, hardware compatibility, and driver troubleshooting.
Printer issues.
Hardware installation and upgrade.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

## Description

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position., Assisting end users with computer issues
Troubleshooting systems, installs, cleaning
Documentation
Other duties as assigned
