WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. ## Description The Data Security Analyst is a key member of the incident response team performing incident response for cybersecurity and data loss incidents. The Data Security Analyst provides oversight of the controls adopted under the Information Security Program by enforcing confidentiality, integrity and availability of all data within WSFS. The Data Security Analyst maintains systems to protect data from unauthorized access and identifies, reports, and resolves security violations. The Data Security Analyst develops and enforces policy in accordance with FFIEC regulations., * Assists the VP-Security Operations/Intelligence Manager in providing a comprehensive, practical program of security coverage for the Bank. * Responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices that protect the company's information assets from unauthorized disclosure and alteration, while meeting legitimate needs for functionality. * Identify and assess external and internal risks through technology risk assessments. * Facilitate and support requests of Internal Audit including review, remediation, and responding to Audit findings.
