Flexible work from home options available. ## Description Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale Federal digital transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for understanding customer business processes, translating business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions, and guiding solution delivery from concept through implementation. The Solution Architect serves as the bridge between business and technology by partnering closely with Functional Analysts, Product Owners, Technical Architects, Integration Architects, Data Architects, and development teams to ensure the delivered solution meets customer needs while aligning with enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and enterprise application design, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed solution designs, product backlogs, and implementation roadmaps.
