## Description

Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Amazon Connect Developer to join our growing team in Woodlawn, MD. In this role, you'll design and build cutting-edge cloud contact center solutions that make a real impact for our clients. If you're passionate about AWS technologies and love solving complex communication challenges, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions for enterprise clients
 * Build and maintain contact flows, IVR systems, and call routing configurations within Amazon Connect
 * Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, Lambda functions, and third-party APIs
 * Develop and optimize chatbots and virtual agents using Amazon Lex
 * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to contact center performance and reliability
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
 * Document architectures, configurations, and development processes for ongoing support
