This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT). ## Description The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven strategies, operational efficiency, and data visualization at Graco. With a foundational understanding of analytics and business intelligence, this role works works across Operations & Supply Chain and other departments to assist in the development and execution of a Business Intelligence (BI) roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data analytics and a desire to grow their skills in providing insights that support strategic and operational decisions. What You Will Do at Graco Data Analysis, Reporting, and Strategy Support * Work with o perations & supply chain, finance, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and standardize financial and operational reports, ensuring they align with key performance indicators (KPIs). * Assist in building and maintaining dashboards that offer insights into financial and operational performance, trends, and forecasts. * Perform data analysis to transform datasets into useful information that supports decision-making. * Provide data summaries and reports to support finance and leadership teams in making informed decisions. * Use business intelligence tools (such as Power BI and SQL) to organize, analyze, and visualize data, promoting data-driven decision-making. * Help in the development of solutions to improve forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes. * Support the integration of data from financial systems like Oracle ERP, OneStream, and other data sources. * Participate in cross-functional projects that involve data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. * Contribute to the creation of clear process documentation to improve the efficiency and usability of reporting tools. Process Improvement and Automation Assistance * Identify opportunities for improving data reporting processes and support the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency. * Learn and adopt new data technologies and tools to help leverage data more effectively for decision-making. * Assist in managing ad hoc projects and initiatives that aim to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
