 * 6+ years of software development experience demonstrating strong technical knowledge in the financial services domain.
 * Experience with Salesforce REST APIs and Bulk APIs.
 * Experience leading and managing at least 3 to 5 mid- to large-sized custom implementation projects.
 * Experience driving requirements refinement with business stakeholders.
 * Experience working with architects to design and lead application development.
 * Deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts.
 * Strong communication skills.

 * Develop prototypes and evaluate alternate technical solutions.

 * Lead code and design reviews.
 * Investigate and resolve complex application and system issues.
 * Identify technical debt and optimize system performance.
 * Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
 * Build integrations to support Member 360degrees capabilities and adviser-led financial planning solutions, including integrations with external vendors such as Money Guide.
