The program uses an Agile delivery model and a technology environment centered on ServiceNow, Elastic, AWS, Red Hat, and supporting integration technologies such as Kafka. The Agile Scrum Master will facilitate one large, complex team or several smaller teams operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train, helping the teams meet Program Increment commitments and improve delivery flow.
