It will be an added bonus if you have: * Data Center Logicstics and Field Network Deployment recruitment experience. * Experience building recruiting processes in startup and/or hyperscale environments. * Designing and sourcing recruiting events in rural markets with minimal Tech or Data Center presence., Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire. ## Description As a Senior Data Center & Infrastructure Recruiter at Nebius, you'll shape how we attract and hire the people who build the foundations of our business. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure and Engineering, owning end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers and first-line management roles that keep our data centers operational. This is a delivery-focused role with a high degree of ownership. You'll manage recruitment campaigns across multiple countries, build talent pipelines for future site launches and work closely with stakeholders to ensure hiring keeps pace with our infrastructure growth.
