Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. ## Description The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and support SSIS packages and C# API integrations that enable secure, reliable file transfers and data exchange between external partners, internal systems, the Record Management System, and web applications. You will focus on automated data integration, file upload and download functionality, secure FTP/SFTP connectivity, SQL-based data processing, and API-based system integration. Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position. You will report to the Associate Director, HGB IT Platform and Foundational Services for Humana Military. The Senior Software Engineer builds and maintains SSIS packages and C#/.NET API integrations that support secure file transfers, data transformation, and application connectivity. You will also build SSIS workflows for file intake, validation, transformation, loading, delivery, archiving, logging, and error handling. The position is also responsible for designing and implementing APIs using C# and .NET to connect the Record Management System with web applications and other internal systems. These APIs will support file upload, file download, metadata exchange, secure communication, and integration workflow processing.
