Spectrum seeks an OpsSpctI, Comm Sol to oversee Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) contracts,maintainaccuraterecords and deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams. Your skills will ensure the smooth execution of agreements and safeguard Spectrum's interests in every project.

HowYou'llMake an Impact

 * Administer andmaintainthe MDU contracts program and database for Right-of-Entry and Bulk agreements
 * Manage contract files to ensure accuracy and completeness for risk analysis
 * Prepare andvalidatedocumentation for new and existing agreements based on established criteria
 * Track project activity, report progress to leaders and coordinate with internal teams and outside organizations
 * Review and approve contracts for signature, ensuring compliance with Spectrum policies
 * Track and manage door fees, revenue sharing and payments, collaborating with finance as needed
 * Prepare,notarizeand record contracts and easements,representingSpectrum to agencies and clients
