As a Network Planning Analyst, you will support the planning and optimization of Southwest's flight schedules and network capacity, helping ensure the right service is offered in the right markets at the right time. You will analyze performance data, identify business insights, develop recommendations, and communicate trends that support network planning decisions. In this role, you will collaborate with internal Commercial Teams and external airport partners, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, and help implement schedule and capacity changes that drive operational and financial performance. Your work will directly influence Southwest's network strategy, strengthen key partnerships, and support the reliable service our Customers depend on.
