## About the Role

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, * 3+ years of schematic design experience

 * Knowledge of high-speed PB design techniques
 * Basic knowledge of "C" programming language
 * Understanding of networking: Ethernet, Fiber, PCI based designs.

## Description

Responsible for reviewing product requirement documentation (PRD) and create a feasibility study to implement requirements. Once product is approved, create Technical Product Specification (TPS) document., * Schematic design based upon TPS and feedback to board design group concerning component placement.

 * Direct and review PCB layout.
 * Supply product specification to manufacturing and supply feedback during product initial release.
 * Product sustaining during product lifecycle.
 * Maintains a working knowledge of new technologies and develops recommendations accordingly.
 * Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
 * Develops and administers schedules and performance requirements.
 * Stay up to date on company products and project goals- identify hidden barriers and opportunities.
 * Confers with management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing products.
