Reporting to the Director of SCM, this exempt position requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in managing complex cross-border logistics, inventory allocation strategies, and 3PL vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will move beyond daily transactional tasks to analyze supply chain bottlenecks, independently resolve high-level customs or freight disputes, and design standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure seamless fulfillment across our B2B wholesale, D2C e-commerce, and fast-paced pop-up retail networks., * Freight Strategy & Routing: Analyze inbound/outbound shipping volumes and independently determine optimal freight routing (air vs. ocean vs. ground) to balance landing costs with urgent business needs. * Customs & Regulatory Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve complex US Customs holds, FDA/MoCRA compliance issues, and port delays without constant supervision, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain. * Vendor Rate Negotiation: Negotiate spot rates and evaluate service agreements with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and drayage carriers to achieve cost savings. * SLA Enforcement: Monitor and evaluate the daily performance of 3PL fulfillment partners across the US and Canada.
