## About the Role

Web

 - 3+ years designing marketing sites and landing pages that converted - not concepts.

 - You design for the funnel: hero clarity, trust signals, form friction, CTA hierarchy, mobile-first (most of our traffic is mobile).

 - Able to build and publish pages yourself in Webflow or Framer - near-mandatory, since speed is the bottleneck we're solving.

 - Solid HTML/CSS literacy: you can inspect a live page and fix small drift without a developer.

 - Awareness of page speed / Core Web Vitals and basic SEO structure.

Presentations

 - Portfolio of real business decks - investor, sales or partner.

 - Able to turn a messy brief into a narrative, not just styled slides.

 - Genuinely strong at data visualization: financials, market sizing, comparison tables. Most of our deck content is numbers., Fintech, B2B or regulated-product marketing experience is a strong plus; crypto is a bigger one.

 - Understanding that visual credibility is a conversion lever here - licensing and security cues, partner logos, clear risk communication - and that marketing claims in crypto are regulated (MiCA).

## Description

You will own how we look to the outside world: the website - our main acquisition surface, where design shows up directly in signup numbers - and presentations: investor, partner and sales decks, conference keynotes, one-pagers.
