## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
 * 7+ years in critical facilities engineering, data center operations, commissioning, MEP infrastructure management, or mission-critical facility services.
 * Deep understanding of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, LV / MV distribution, cooling systems, controls, BMS, and facility monitoring platforms.
 * Experience leading commissioning, integrated systems testing, operational readiness, maintenance, or critical incident response programs.
 * Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, Uptime Institute concepts, reliability practices, and mission- critical operations best practices.
 * Ability to communicate technical risk, operational priorities, and service delivery strategy to client executives and internal sales leaders.

## Description

* Architect Critical Environment and MEP Operations offerings across electrical, mechanical, controls, cooling, commissioning, maintenance, and operational readiness services.
 * Design scalable operating models for facilities teams, CE operations groups, site reliability functions, command centers, and escalation structures.
 * Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance frameworks that reduce operational risk and improve asset performance.
 * Assess UPS, generators, switchgear, power distribution, cooling systems, BMS platforms, fire / life safety systems, and supporting infrastructure.
 * Create SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, training models, governance processes, quality controls, and performance metrics for mission-critical environments.
 * Support client pursuits through technical discovery, solution design, staffing models, commercial assumptions, and executive-level presentations.
