## About the Role

* 1-3 years IT support experience

 * Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

 * Microsoft 365 support

 * Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

 * Experience with a ticketing system

 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

 * Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

 * MSP experience

 * Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools

 * Experience with RMM platforms

 * CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications

 * Experience supporting Apple/macOS devices

## Description

The Level 1 Help Desk Technician provides first-line technical support to clients, responds to

service tickets, troubleshoots IT issues, and escalates complex problems to senior engineers. This is an entry-level position with oportunity to learn.

Key Responsibilities

 * Respond to support tickets, phone calls, and email requests

 * Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and business applications

 * Support Microsoft 365, email, printers, and user accounts

 * Configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices

 * Assist with patch management and monitoring tools

 * Troubleshoot basic networking issues (WiFi, VPN, routers, switches)
