This is a hands-on position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable owning issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution., * 2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or technical support roles

 * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user environments
 * Experience supporting production or business-critical systems preferred
 * Familiarity with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
 * Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar
 * Ability to configure, deploy, and support end-user devices and peripherals

## Description

* Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripheral devices across the organization
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting end users and business systems
 * Support both corporate and operational environments, including systems tied to critical infrastructure
 * Configure, deploy, and maintain computer systems and related equipment
 * Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades in line with internal procedures
 * Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests
 * Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues impacting network connectivity and system performance
 * Follow established change control processes and support ongoing system improvements
 * Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed
