## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Software Engineering, EE, Math, etc.)
 * 12+ years relevant experience (or 9+ with MS)
 * Experience testing complex software systems and delivering automated testing
 * Ability to code/scripting in one or more: C#/.NET, C/C++, Java, Python, Ruby
 * Strong communication skills (technical + cross-team)

Nice to have

 * Automated UI testing experience
 * Experience with standards like IEEE 12207, CMMI, MIL-STD-882E, DO-178C/DO-278, RMF
 * CI/CD, containers, microservices
 * Embedded systems testing experience
 * MBSE/SysML, MATLAB/Simulink testing, mission planning/navigation systems knowledge

## Description

We're hiring a Senior Software Test Engineer to help build and run automated test solutions for mission-critical software. You'll work closely with developers and other engineers to improve product quality through smart test strategy, strong test execution, and clear documentation.

What you'll do

 * Create and execute test plans, test strategies, and test designs
 * Build/maintain automated test frameworks and infrastructure
 * Perform integration testing, manual testing, and formal qualification testing
 * Review and write testing/engineering documentation (industry standards)
 * Collaborate daily with software engineers; mentor junior test engineers
