## About the Role

* BA/BS in a relevant field of work and one year of end user support; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 * Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check., * CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications.

## Description

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, offering snacks, beverages, and breaktime essentials that keep our customers refreshed and energized. We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for IT support across the company: triaging, researching, and resolving incidents and service requests involving our application software and infrastructure. You'll log and prioritize every interaction, resolve what you can, and escalate what you can't to the right resource, flagging urgent situations before they become outages., * Provide initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents and service requests across application software and infrastructure components.

 * Log, prioritize, track, and document all Service Desk interactions, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA and following standard procedures.
 * Redirect or escalate problems to the appropriate resources, identifying situations that require urgent attention.
 * Maintain a high degree of customer service on all support queries and adhere to service management principles.
 * Manage Active Directory and user accounts, including password resets.
 * Maintain the IT asset database and keep the knowledge base current.
 * Place IT orders through the company requisition application.
