## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with strong contributions to no-code or low-code platforms
 * Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript, for building complex UIs
 * Backend expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages, with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
 * Strong foundation in database systems; practical experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch is a plus
 * Experience building platforms for non-technical users, especially in AI/ML or automation
 * Familiarity with managing state or visual programming paradigms is a bonus
 * Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across product, design, and engineering teams

## Description

This role will focus on building intuitive, scalable software experiences that make complex capabilities accessible to a broad user base. You will partner closely with product, design, engineering, and ML teams to shape workflow-driven features, robust APIs, and reliable platform foundations. The work will span frontend, backend, data, and performance considerations to improve usability, scalability, and system quality., * Design, develop, and maintain features for the no-code processing platform

 * Build intuitive UI components and visual editors for conversation workflows
 * Architect backend services and APIs to support a dynamic no-code interface
 * Collaborate with ML engineers to enhance conversation intelligence accessibility
 * Develop data models and storage layers using Postgres and other databases
 * Identify performance improvements and scalability enhancements for systems
 * Ensure reliability, security, and maintainability across the technology stack
