## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience Advanced proficiency in Cobol Mainframe is required.
 * Furthermore, advanced proficiency in Mainframes Modernization on GCP, Restructured
 * Associate's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

 * Extended Executor REXX, DB2 SQL, and Virtual Storage Access Method VSAM is suggested.
 * Advanced proficiency in AS 400 COBOL 400 Programming Language is recommended.
 * Bachelor's Degree

## Description

* You will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
 * You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
 * You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
 * Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
 * Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
 * Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
 * Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Support production.

This role requires 3 days per week onsite in New Jersey. This role also requires 5 days away per quarter.
