## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ years of experience
 * SAP ABAP, S/4HANA development landscape, Fiori backend enablement and integration technologies.
 * Agile facilitation, servant leadership and structured follow-through.
 * HQ-facing communication, stakeholder coordination and multi-workstream execution.
 * Strong SAP ABAP background across multiple modules and integration patterns.
 * Experience leading technical design reviews, code reviews, quality checks and release readiness.
 * Scrum Master or Agile delivery support experience, including ceremony backup, impediment tracking and delivery metrics awareness.
 * SAFe, Scrum or SAP development certifications are preferred.
 * Ability to multi-task across competing initiatives while maintaining delivery discipline.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
