Preferred skills and experiences * Electrical or Electronic Engineering master's degree * Experience with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508) and developing safety-critical firmware. * Understanding or exposure to IOT, WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) * Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git * Familiarity with continuous integration and test * Ability to work cross functionally and globally. * Capable of working independently with cross functional teams and to provide updates to the leadership through effective communication. Should be able to negotiate and influence technical and non-technical audiences * A passion for applying latest technologies into the development of innovative features and products * A collaborative attitude and strong desire to succeed as part of the team. * Self-motivated and a strong passion for learning ## Description The Software Engineering team designs, develops or coordinates development/troubleshooting or debugging of moderately complex software programs for enhancements and new products. Performs high-level design/modeling to convert stakeholder needs into software solutions. Develops software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
