Platform & Architecture * Platform Engineering experience. * Software architecture and technical design experience. * Experience developing scalable and reusable engineering solutions. * Staff-level candidates should have strong architecture and technical leadership experience. AI * Experience using AI tools in software development or engineering. * Experience with AI-enabled development, automation, GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, MCP, or similar technologies is a plus. * Any relevant hands-on AI tool experience can be considered. Cloud / DevOps * Cloud experience with AWS preferred;Azure or Google Cloud Platform is also acceptable. * DevOps and CI/CD experience. * Experience automating releases and improving development/release processes. Certification A Cloud Certification is required for conversion to FTE. Preferred certifications include: * AWS Cloud Practitioner * Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) * Google Cloud Digital Leader ## Description We are looking for strong Software/Platform Engineers at multiple levels who have a solid software engineering background with a primary focus on backend development (approximately 70%), along with frontend development and experience working with AI-enabled engineering solutions. This is not a Cloud Infrastructure or Terraform-focused role.
